An incident-logging platform that helps teams record, track and review on-site safety observations.

The Challenge

Safety observations were recorded on paper, making them hard to track, analyse or act on in time.

The Solution

I built a lightweight web app with Bootstrap and a MongoDB backend to capture incidents, store them centrally and present them in a clean admin table.
